We currently ship orders to customers in the United States.

Order processing
Mondelius products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner. Please allow approximately 5–9 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships.

Estimated delivery time
Standard US shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 8–14 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, high order volumes, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost
Standard US shipping is currently $9.99 USD per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order tracking
When tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@mondelius.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.

Delays or lost packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at info@mondelius.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mondelius.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.
